All of the six actors from the TV show Friends will reunite in an unscripted show. The program will be shown live on HBO Max, say the Hollywood reported and Variety.
The whole TV show starting from 1994 till 2004 will not be revived in the show.
It will also move from Netflix, where younger people are watching it more than ever. Friends are now the second most-watched show in the year 2018, according to Nielsen data.
Recently, one of the actors from Friends, Jennifer Aniston, joined Instagram. She played the role of Rachel Green in the sitcom. After joining, she received more than five million followers in about twelve hours.
She posted a picture of herself with Courtney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, Matt LeBlanc, Matthew Perry, and David Schwimmer. All of them are sitcom actors.
On Jennifer’s talk during The Ellen Show, she said something about Friends too. She told that they were all working on something.
Jennifer Aniston said that they would love to do something for everyone. Moreover, they are working on something as well. But until now, they do not know what that something is.
She said that they were trying.
Two of the actors, Matt LeBlanc and David Schwimmer, have worked on other projects as well. Like they worked on spin-off series Joey. But all six of those episodes are not seen together publicly yet after the show ended.
HBO Max gave no comments on the reports.
